I beleive I have the
Modern Luxury: Navigation with heated or cool seats in the front and rear. (but dont have the whole control console in the rear) I have the Mark Levinson premium stereo system with wood grain.
I think I'm gonna get 20" Rays 401 wheels 20x10.5 and 20x8 with offsets - rear +27 - front +22....I kinda like the look of those wheels and I found a decent deal on them online.
Any suggestions on how much I should lower my car and what brand or kind I should get??
Anyone have rear lip spoilers or roof spoilers for sale for my 05' ??
Tee, I love the lights!! Im thinking about getting those for mine also. Hard to install?

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the LS430 forum.
There is a big difference in ride quality going from 18's to 20's in my opinion. Because of this, I am actually considering getting some 19's for every day use and only putting on my 20's on occasion (like when I take it to shows). For what you describe what you are looking for, I too suggest you look into 19s as someone else on this thread suggested. Also like someone else mentioned, don't go 22's for the same reasons mentioned by folks already. The largest wheel I would suggest going to if you just gotta go big, are 21's. In my opinion, 20's are perfect, looks wise.
have fun on your research and ultimate decisions on mods.

i just want a nice drop not looking to slam it. I think 20's is the biggest I would go but people say that ride comfort isnt too much a difference between 19's and 20's. Im planning to ride 35 series tires on the 20" Rays 401 wheels 20x10.5 and 20x8 with offsets - rear +27 - front +22 .

I just put on these wheels 20x10.5 and 20x8 with offsets - rear +27 - front +22..
And the rear wheels stick out a little bit. Did I get the wrong offsets?
I havent lowered my car yet but when I lower the car will the wheels tuck in or will I be in trouble and rub like crazy??

i guess ur already running a bit of a stretch in the rear, but if you roll ur rear fenders and possible cut off that little nub up inside of the wheel well you may not rub so bad.
