Just put 20" on my LS 430...Rim sticks out too far?Or I have to lower it to tuck in?

looks like you need to drop it some and it should be good. If you are worried about rubbing, I would go ahead and shaved all the fenders.

I rolled all my fenders today so my next step is to get some coilovers... just trying to decide which brand of coil overs to get.

Try to roll fender and test fit them to get tuck in...
