Default Replacing Mark Levinson Unit

Has anyone replaced the Mark Levinson dash unit with an aftermarket system? If so how did you handle running the Heating and AC system?

With the navigation screen. Hence the problem of how to handle the heating and AC if you swap it out for a Pioneer or something else....

While it may be worth it if you are planning on going to a real audiophile system, pulling out the ML to go to an aftermarket deck may not be the best solution. Have you considered using a cleansweap or something similar in order to use the stock HU with aftermarket amps etc? Then you can *almost* the best of both worlds. I also think messing with the beautiful interior of an LS to put in an aftermarket deck might make it look "cheap". Just my 2 cents. Best of luck with your system!
