Default 2005 with less than 12,000 miles-buy it or not?

OK folks I didn’t get much of a reply to request for info about the air suspension on these cars so I kinda nixed that idea.
Here is where I am now. I just found a 2005 430 with under 12,000 miles on it. White with a cream interior. It has to Modern Luxury Package with chrome wheels and that meets my minimum requirements.
I have not seen the car in person yet but the dealer (a Ford dealer) rep claims it is a near flawless car. Given the low mileage I tend to believe that. Ya I know believe anything a sales person tells you.
I have negotiated a deal with them over the phone for $ 25,800.00 with a total of $28,448.00 out the door. Again this car has less than 12,000 miles on it.
So what do you folks think? My take is it is a really good deal but I would like some comments from the members that have been around for a while. Would you buy this car for this money if you were shopping for a 2005?
Thanks for any suggestions and comments you may provide.
Bill

12k on a 2005 LS should be like buying a virtually new car - I'd buy it at that price. Check VIN and services records with Lexus to verify history and service.

Run the service history and have the car inspected by a Lexus mechanic. Be prepared to keep looking. However, if it is a gem, jump on it hard.

Thanks for the comments. I ran the VIN through the Lexus factory site and it showed basic service and the replacement of a parking sensor. Given that I called the dealer and bought the car. I will be picking the car up next week. I will Carfax it as well but I don't expect to find any issues there.
I am really excited about finding a 430 with such low mileage.
Thanks again for the comments.

I bought mine with 14k on it and it has been like owning a brand new car. If fact its been better cause it cost a lot less : )

Just be very careful to inspect for previous body work or accident because one of the ways a car ends up with such low miles is to have spent months in the body shop after a huge accident.

But if it inspects clean I am sure you will be delighted especially at that price.

^^^
Ditto on the accident damage. A couple months ago, there was a low miles 07 LS460 at a Detroit-area Chevy dealer listed for the mid-$30s. IIRC, the carfax listed multiple accidents in Florida.
