Anyone remember how to bypass the "I Agree" screen on the nav?
I thought I heard somewhere that there is a programming sequence that can be entered to disable the annoying "I Agree" which pops up everytime you start the car.

The Vaistech unit does exactly that and give you the added benefit of attaching an iPod in your glovebox (or wherever you choose to place the lead) and control it from your nav screen or steering wheel. By attaching a 160GB iPod you have just installed a 160GB hard drive in your car. Additionally you just remove the iPod and add whatever music you have available. Check it out. I love mine.

Formally known as LexusIsNotMyMother.com Also I see this guy is still very angry, has found some followers, and can hold a grudge a lot longer than most.

I Agree
So for me any navigation system in a car is useless compared to my phone. In the ls430 you can go into display settings and turn off screen. On start up you will see lexus logo and it will bypass I agree screen and go blank. If you press other buttons like audio or climate the screen will turn on, you can make adjustments and after a few seconds it will go blank again. Same way with other functions like park assist alert or back up camera. If you use navigation the screen will have to be turned off again. I just discovered this so hopefully it will continue to work smoothly. I haven't yet driven on the road since discovering this just in the driveway. Do not know why that would make a difference.
