shall i continue or have you read a similar message, cuz i know i have. it used to be that the fraudulent ones were drastically under-priced but it seems the criminals have gotten smarter and priced the vehicles just a few grand below the actual blue book in order to disguise their ad in with some of the others.
i could be wrong but in searching for a new-er vehicle for my wife in the last 3 months i have received about 4 of these types of solicitations all from slightly cheaper ads than the rest of the pack.

You are all on spot! Too good to be true. 
I checked the VIN for service records and it doesn't match with this car so I am not sure. Car with advertised VIN has 40K miles and it is mercury silver.
Anyways, I am going to wait couple years when I can get a low mileage one between $20-25K.

70k miles on an 07 for 32k but wait isnt that canadian money so its prolly like 45k or something
