$19k
i did want mileage below 50k but then this aint bad...
what u guys think if condition is awesome?

Higher miles translate to a lower buying price so this seems like a reasonable price. If you are on a budget an 04 is the way to go.

i need to stay below 22k and i know if i wait i might be able to get 40k mile car for low 20s. but then my parents are planning to drive this 5-7 yrs and probably pass 100k miles. in that case, id rather save few grand and get this one.
just wonderin, has anyone heard of buying 04 LS430 with 40k miles or less for less than $20k?

No - unless it had a salvage title.
How many miles per year do your parents drive? If they drive less than 10K per year, don't be afraid to buy a higher-mileage car. The discounted price you have now won't be reflected when you sell it in a 5-7 years because the car will have normal mileage for it's age.

That car, if in good shape, should last them a good long time. Check the carfax, autocheck, and service history for location. Verify that it never lived in states that use salt on the roads during the winter.

only thing i dont know is what happened to maintenance between 45000 to 63000 miles (Nov 2008 to present). dealer dont have history on that. owners may have serviced it on non lexus dealer.
wouldnt inspection show what needs work on anyways right?
arranged to have him take it to lexus and also bodyshop is gonna come to check and give estimate on any scratchs.
