Default Low tire Warning/ Will not reset ??

LS430 2004 Sport Suspension, I have checked tire psi 34 , Spare tire as well .
Turned ignition to on and held reset switch under the dash for 3 sec and plus.
Nothing happened , light is still on , No system initializing came up. Manual say there could be a malfunction , Whats is this going to cost ??
I have a Req Maint on the dash , Does this need to be cleared maybe for the low tire light to go off as well ?? I hope.

How much $$$
Is there a way to pull these sensors or bypass this wonderful warning light ? I don't want to be in to a $1000 for a spare tire sensor.

The spare tire has no pressure detection. The 04 Lexus does not use pressure detectors in the wheel. It utilizes the computer (with its ABS circuit) to detect a difference in wheel speed.

^^^
All of the 04-06s are this way, right? This makes buying and swapping as set of winter wheels / tires a much simpler proposition.

I understand that on my Lincoln MKZ, there was a mid-year improvement in 2007 to add wheel sensor TPMS. I am lucky enough to have an 07 without that feature, so I can swap my winter and summer wheels / tires with impunity.
