Default Time for another battery?

For at least the pass few weeks ive been get funny crank ups akin to a low charged battery. My LS430 came with a maintainence free battery with a little sight glass on top for charge indications. While mine is clearly blue stating that the battery is fine, I cant seem to leave a door open or play the radio with the car off for no more than a few minutes resulting with a "near dead battery type of crank". Although the batt says maintanence-free, i did pull off the labels to unscrew the caps only to find water levels kinda low. Refilled with the only water available at the time( my famous bottled spring water for my iced wipers ). Will test to see if it cured my problem tonight but do you guys recommend replacing the battery anyway or wait to see if refilling cured the problem? If so, do i replace with the same Lexus batt or go with an aftermarket like Interstate or yellow top? Not sure if the LS requires any special type. Thanks in advance!!

P.S.
Will be installing an aftermarket ampilfier and sub sometime this summer.

I believe it is time to replace the battery - with an aftermarket battery if possible and I think they are readily available. No use delaying this and get stranded or even inconvienced at some not to distant point.

agree. I went with Interstate on my old SC430 and it was fine. The plastic covers on the terminal/posts needed some "assistance", but i was the only critic of that cludge

As a PM I would replace the battery every 3-4 years.

Ok thanks fellas! Probably will replace it within the next week. No since in waiting and like Dave Mac said it will prevent an incident waiting to happen. Although kinda expensive, i think i'll go with an Interstate Megatron. Had a good past experience with it and held up well with a sound system i had back in the day. Thanks for your input.
