Does LS430 have seatbelt tension reducer?

Just wondering if LS430 has this feature (it was found in earlier LS400) and if it does, where can I find the wiring diagrams for it?

Any more information you can provide on a tension reducer? are you talking about the power seatbelt adjustment? (if so, yes it does have it)
