DICE iPod integration.. DON't Like it!
Just put the DICE iPod integration kit in my LS. Can't stand it. I cannot currently remember which I put in my ES 330 but I will be replacing this one. The speakers go THUD when I switch to FM or AM and you can't control for ****. The manual says you can but there is a published one second delay which gets quite irritating. If anyone has suggestions on short cuts I am all ears. Right now to go to a play list or selected artist I need to unplug the iPod. Otherwise I am at the Dice's mercy as to whether she wants to work or not. Sounds great though....

Is it pretty easy to go through not only playlists but through artists? The problem with the DICE is that I cannot go through anything simply and there is that one second delay that really throws me off. I ultimately end up unplugging the iPod, finding what i want to hear and then I plug it back in.

With the SL2Vi, if you want to flip through artists, you would have to create one playlist per artist. Each playlist is a "disc", and each song is a track. Those are your only 2 methods for scrolling through songs.
