On the LS 430 the Lexus stock factory headlights are beautiful works of modern automotive lighting design.

Blacking these amazing headlights seems tacky and a little absurd at best, an unfortunate example of form over function.

A big, huge, immense all caps NAY!

Teamplayer - that mod (to the interior of the light housing) does look pretty cool especially with that paint color.

^ ^ ^ yeah this is exactly what i was talking about. this mod is nice but i don't vote for putting anything on the outside of the housing just the inside looks nice teamplayer

Hideous! The only thing that looks decent was the painted reflector shown by team player. It would look that much better on a dark car. As for the tails, bring it to a tint shop and have them apply a very light tint to the rear, to make them a slight black cherry- thats IT! when the light is black instead of red, imho, it looks classless.

Nay on the black out for me unless the car is black and you are going with that theme, any other color just look odd to me.

Thanks. I appriciate everyones honesty. I like to do things different.

I like the insides painted black due to the sporty look (which is what I'm going for).

I, personally don't like the blacked out lens and blacked out tail lights. Looks a tad bit cheap and tacky for my taste.

I have smoked LED tails and absolutely love them. Every person I have met thinks they look great. Nobody on here thinks so though. They look awesome IMO. To each their own...
