Steering wheel use to retract and extend when insert or remove the key from the igniction but not now it only retract i have to extend it manually. Does anyone have the same problem can point me to the right direction to get my steering wheel fix? thank you

Did you try resetting the seat / steering wheel memory button for the remote you're using? I've accidently reset the memory button on this and other cars in the past and had the seat or wheel "stuck" in exit position.

For the last couple of weeks my wheel was not raising out of the way when i removed the key. It does extend and retract but not will not rise upon exiting the car. Playing around with the wheel adujust button the other day and found that if i pushed slightly up on the wheel while holding the button in the up direction it works perfectly. I'm assuming that the motor is somehow getting hung up, getting weak, or theres a loose connection somewhere. Its been working good ever since sunday so ill wait til when it acts up again to see about taking apart the shroud and investigate further.

You're better off checking the owners manual rather than rely on my memory. I might give you instructions for activating the passenger ejection seat by mistake.
