I have heard nothing but good things about luxurymods.com
V-leds.com on the otherhand have mixed reviews. Im pretty sure it was a member with a 430 that got a heap of leds from them and they started flickering and stopped working shortly after.
I used ebay to get all mine and they are all working flawlessly. I have tried a few T10 and the cheapest and brightest I have found are these http://tinyurl.com/3m2v3nm
I have them in the door puddle lights, boot lights and licence plate lights.

Disregard the basic website, probably the best LED's i've ever bought [that don't break the bank], i still have a few sets from 3 years ago that work flawlessly... I will never buy them elsewhere.

Those are SMD LEDs (what i was talking about earlier, the really bright LEDs)

yep yep yep. thats the place I been getting my LEDs from.
Also (if anyone else wants to vouch) many members here and on VIP Style get LEDs from them too.

All the LEDs that I did a write up on are plug and play. the others like behind buttons and such are not.

Does anyone know what bulbs are in the shifter? IE- the P/R/N/D/3/2/1 lights?

So I installed my LEDs in, and these really don't compare to the SMD panels. These are bright, but not as bright as you would think. Reason is because of the distorted clear plastic light covers in the interior.

Does your light output appear dim? Not bright? If so maybe try replacing the bulbs. If that seems ok, maybe try adjusting the headlights to point higher. If all fails, maybe it does need headlight motors.
