Default Lower Control Arm Bushing - Entire arm or Press

I need lower control arm bushing for my 04 LS and using the search I found out that for the 01-03 you have to by the entire arm and cannot change the bushing only - I am not sure if this is correct and need some confirmation. Can I just replace the broken bushing and press them in without replacing the entire arm or will I have to purchase the entire part.

If daizen/tm engineering/any other auto store carries them, you can buy them and have them installed. The other problem seems to be a limited shop that performs these job.

I've had this done on my old GS and it's cheaper than buying the whole arms-driving dynamics improved also
