I would probably guess that they are just for show. I have never driven one, but from all the high end cars that I've seen driving around, I never notice their LEDs at night as the xenons overpower them. Only car I heard of with LED headlights is ls600.
Also sojah what sort of hid fogs are you running? What is the bulb size? Any error codes? Would you mind posting the link for them so? This is probably the only mod I'll ever do to the 430 when I get it.
