A well maintained 05 LS430 with 52K is just about equivalent to a new car.

100K is a breeze
200K is a speed bump
300K is a mild Incline
400K is a steep incline
500K is a milestone
Cool Enough... many people in the LS achieve that milestone. I came across a 98 with 698,000 on it last year with the original V8. Paint looked like ***, but the interior (aside from the drivers seat was perfect.) Saw the guy at a Gas Station in Nashville, TN when we exchanged conversation about our cars. He didn't say if he was on a second transmission, just that it was an all original LS400.
I kind of wanted to shoot myself in the foot for not getting a name, picture, or if he was a member of CL.
