Default Bluetooth/Satelitte Radio Install on 2004 LS

I have a 2004 LS with the antenna at the rear of the top. It does not have nav nor the Mark Lev. sound system. How do I hook up Bluetooth and Satelitte radio? I know I can buy the XM or Sirus set-up that supposively is ready to plug in but how does that work, where does it go, and do I have to use the antenna that comes with the kit or is my current antenna ready to plug in? Thanks.

Bluetooth would be difficult. XM is in this link https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...-05-ls430.html

Although availability seems to be declining as more and more cars come with Bluetooth, there are still many aftermarket Bluetooth kits available from Parrot, Nokia, Motorola and numerous other companies. For several years, Toyota and Lexus dealers in Europe installed the Motorola IHF1000 Bluetooth kits as an official accessory in Toyota and Lexus vehicles without factory Bluetooth.

There are adapter harnesses available for installing a Bluetooth kit in an 04 LS ( e.g. http://www.quickconnectproducts.com/Find/find.php ) but people have reported incompatibilities with sat radio harnesses when they are piggybacked together.

It's possible to install a Bluetooth kit without an adapter harness but it can be more difficult. It's certainly not impossible as others have done it.

I would guess on a car without NAV or Lev, your best bet is to install one of these.

Bluetooth
GPS
XM / Sirius
DVD Player

They have adapters to make sure your factory buttons on the steering wheel works the same.
