Are there LED's available to replace the bulb's in the vanity mirrors? I haven't been able to even find the model number for the bulb. Thanks.

Check Ebay and search the forum RomanTPA recently uploaded a photo of the interior of his LS430.

He has leds.

Just pulled the bulb and it's a fuse type bulb and all it says is "KOITO12V3WK" on it. Hopefully that helps some.

measure the total length of that bulb you pulled out, then go here and buy it

Well for some reason, I had enough sense to pull the bulb before I posted the question. A Google search of the numbers came up with zilch. GEEZ!

KOITO 12V3WK, means it a a 12volt bulb providing 3 watts of light.
Match up the bulb you removed with another new one and re-install it, you should be ok.

Well, I'm beginning to think these vanity mirror light bulbs are nonexistent. I stopped by the Lexus dealer parts department. Described only as a 12v/3w light bulb----no number--nothing. Searched the internet, extensively,--nothing.

It's a "festoon" style bulb; but, the end caps measures about 5mm in diameter. All festoon style bulbs I've found measures 10mm diameter. They look almost exactly like this fuse (see picture).

I just noticed your post. Looks like the one. I will email them to be sure of the diameter; but, at 9.95 each x 8----I doubt I'll be buying any soon. Thanks, again.

I have found them, now, on eBay. Some were priced at $9.00 for 2 plus a small fee for shipping which is better than $10.00 a piece.

Go to eBay Motors---Lighting, Lamps & Accessories---then type in (search) :vanity LED.

From what I found, practically all auto manufacturers (not just Lexus) use the same bulb in their visor vanity mirrors. About 29mm in length and 6mm diameter.
