Agree, and so did the Beemer guy. Looks like at least once in the vid he tried to get away on the main highway before being cornered on the sub road dead end. Would like to think he would have been justified in taking more serious action but knowing todays courts/juries/judges, who knows? On top of that, he had a lot more to lose from potential litigation than these ********.

Yep... after my road rage scare I will use the power under my hood to get away. There is nothing I have worth losing over idiots on the road and there is nothing like peace of mind.

Best bet is to drive away. I've had similar problems on the road in the past and the majority of the time I've been able to drive away and lose them. Local knowledge is handy sometimes too, letting them follow you to the nearest police station works as well, they tend to go by and keep going when you stop out front of one...

We're not allowed to carry over here,so pulling a weapon isn't really an option for me even if I wanted to and had no other choice. Breaking a few road rules, maybe baning up your car a bit and surviving is preferable to the alternative.

Anybody else get the impression it's a setup job?

Why? Because the passenger just happened to be video-ing and eventually gets some heat pulled on him?

Yes...I can't help but think it is home made but it is still a good video. both in lessons learned and entertainment value.

That video was a total fake. I think us CL members could make a more entertaining one with some smoke, fire, gun discharges, and bikini-clad women in it I will admit, i did watch the whole thing however. Ha :P

Yep I agree - thinking about it now it could easily have been a pre-planned setup. Real footage I have seen of this kind of thing has folks way more jumpy and on edge in a scary way.

Having watched it again now at home,I'm inclined to agree it's a fake. besides being just a bit too relaxed when the gun is on them, the girl is awfully casual about walking over and taking the camera from the guys that were supposedly terrorising her and her boyfriend moments earlier...

made for a good revenge fantasy video though...
