I suspect that maybe the passenger side rear is sitting marginly lower that the driver side. I know this can be a Lexus nightmare, my question is that if I select to raise/lower my suspension should I be able to hear the compressor work? Lexus does so well at drowning out all noises that I am not sure.
Reading previous posts it seems as though the majority of owners suffering with suspension issues replace their shox with hydraulic units? I am not in a desperate state but just fishing for maybe the future. I have a 2003, LS430 ultimate.....thanx

If the stock air suspension is just sitting uneven you can adjust the height sensors to correct it. That is if the shocks are still in good condition.
As for the compressor if you start your car and hit the high setting and get out of the car you can hear the compressor.

Not sure if you meant that just the front settings are tough to reset or that any resets are difficult. I will get the wife to operate the lift/lower while I listen. Thanx again
