Agree - when you look long and hard for an LS and the right one finally shows up - the right behavior is to jump on it before it gets away. The good ones literally sell in a day or two sometimes.
That has been precisely my experience and I did not anticipate buying from a Lexus dealer. They are always very proud of their merchandise. I will tell you the dealership was empty on a SAT afternoon and traffic has been very light.

To replace a key it's $85 plus tax

to replace a fob it's $400 plus $50 programming + tax.
