Lexus definitely did something right with wherever they sourced the 2004 and up headlight lenses from. I don't know why these polycarbonates are so hit or miss when it comes to yellowing and hazing but there are a select few cars out there in the world that seem to resist it as if they have battle armor on the damn plastic. A few ones I can think of are the 2003-2006 Navigator, the 2004 and up F150, the 2003 and up S Class and a few others. Meanwhile, most other cars, Lexus included, end up yellowed and hazy in the south within a very few number of years of being exposed to the southern sunlight and moisture from the coast.
The 2001 to 2003 headlights are pretty resistant too, but I have seen some of those yellowed or hazed. The 1990-2000 LS400 overall, also have very resistant plastics.
One of the WORST cars in this respect is the 1st Generation SC coupe. The 1st and 2nd Generation GS are also pretty bad.
