I found a bunch of threads on the site about unlocking nav screens to have more functions, but I did not see any that mention the LS430.
I'm looking at a Coastal Lockpick that claims to unlock all features and add an audio/video input. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with a product such as that, or if anyone has experience with what kind of picture to expect on the screen? If I get the lockpick, I plan to use Flo TV with it, unless i can find another mobile TV device that is cheaper or better. Just a little worried about doing all that work and having the picture be too poor to watch anyway... (not that I would ever watch TV while driving...LOL)

I have the VAISTech SL2Vi on my 2002 LS430. Video quality on the nav screen is great - you can use Options->Display to adjust color balance, color tone, contrast, and brightness. With some tweaking, the video looks real close to what it should be.
I will do the nav bypass for video-in-motion soon. There's a thread here with the VAISTech installation details and nav bypass for a 2005. I added info for a 2002 bypass but have not tried it and don't think anyone else tried it yet.
