As many of you said, the problem was the wheel bearing. I took it to the local Toyota dealer because there isn't a nearby Lexus dealer plus I thought it would be cheaper. Front right wheel bearing had to be ordered from Lexus and was $361 and the labor was $329. $690 is pretty expensive but the dealer gave me 10% off. Drives perfect now.

Glad you got it fixed. Yep any significant car repairs on Lexus are big bucks. Since I am a geezer, I find this particularly painful since back in the 1970s I purchased and owned a couple of cars that cost less than $700. Each! Entire pretty decent shape running cars!
