Default Transmission gasket leaking for 2nd time in 2 months

About 2 months ago I noticed the red fluid from my tranny on my garage floor. Obviously I had a leak. Took it to JM Lexus where they also found my valve gaskets needed replacing as well. So I took it to Germain Lexus of Naples where they did the work (because the gasket was covered by them). Needless to say, Ill be having to go back, again. Thank you Lexus of Naples

And the transmission gasket was replaced under the 100K service in July, then again the first week of October, now I will be going back again.

check to see if its leaking from the senor on the left side above the pan...the o ring went bad on mines and the tranny guy compared the rubber and fixed the leak.
