Camber does NOT wear tires, toe does. Camber makes it worse as does low profile tires. But you need to balance the toe arc and bump curve and worry less about what your camber numbers are.

I am still getting caught up on the 430, but I got a TIS subcription to look at the geometry. There is a toe linkage on the front that should be balanced as well.
General rules of thumb on Toe is that for stability you never want negative toe in the rear. 0 or less. on lowered vehicles, the toe linkages are generally in the upward part of their arc, so they are coming inward as they move upward. The good thing on the LS is that the toe link is very long, so toe in on bump will not be too bad. Not nearly as bad the IS and GS lines since they have a sportier suspension that steers more under compression.
My advices is to adjust camber first via the arm method then adjust the toe to 0.0 to 0.1 positive.

I will have the OEM arms in my hands soon and perhaps a solution very quick as well depending on the taper dimensions of the ball joint.
