Just Google black housing DIY and just about any article that you find will easily guide you through the process. It's not for the faint of heart. It involves placing your headlights in the oven and baking them. I had the advantage on being able to practice on a spare headlight I had left over from my fiance's car couple of years ago. Then I did the headlights on my Accord. The LS430 were just from memory.

There are many temperature and time listed all over the web. I found that 225 degrees at 10 minutes will allow me to separate the top half of the headlight and another 5 minutes is enough to do the bottom.
