Default Ls430 foglights (yellow bulbs)

Can the 01/03 LS430 foglight bulbs be swapped with the GS yellow bulbs? I emailed the owner at xenon link.com but he failed to answer my ? and just tried to sell me everything that her could.

If not, post a link I can order yellow bulbs from. I like the older stock Lexus look. (I miss my '94 LS400)

The GS have yellow reflective interior inside the housing with a white bulb not a yellow bulb. I thought the same thing too before I did the swap in this thread....https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...og-lights.html

However I would skip the bulbs and go with a 3000K HID kit, the light output is useable and looks amazing day or night! Check out the beam pattern with two diffierent exposures of useable light vs a halogen bulb light output.

yeah what he said ^ ^ ^, but the 01-06 ls430 uses a 9006 bulb in the fogs so you can pretty much put any color 9006 bulb you want, but just like tee i recommend the 3k hid kit for the 9006 which can be had for like $50 at hid extra for everything.

I had a 3000K HID kit from HID Extra for color purposes, not output. Of course the kit had surprisingly great output and worked wonderful at night and during the rain. It was the perfect light with my 6000K Low Beams on.

I replaced them a year ago with 5000K bulbs and same with my Headlights for optimal output. I personally like the matching fogs best, but whenever I get in the mood for JDM, I switch them out for a few months. When I get home, I'll see if I can find pictures of mine with yellow fogs.

Bout to pull the trigger on some 9006 3000k from hid extra. My question is to those who have them, do I order the warning light indicater with the kit for extra 10bucs or we don't need it for our model I have 2002.

Just order the kit alone you dont need the warning indicator or the relay harness. I been using my hid fogs without them for almost 2 years without any problem its plug and play.

Are those foglights in the above pics legal? How high up is the cut-off? They look nice and bright, but I'm wondering if they blind oncoming traffic when it's dark out.

Just installed 3000k fogs today just went for a spin tonight and there sweet big difference from my yellow halo bulbs. Everything fine but one fog is pointing down more than the other, how do I adjust them to be level 01-03 teardrops.
