Interior light delay at night

Interior light delay at night
I've noticed that sometimes when it is really cold outside at night and I first start the car, I'll go to turn my lights on and the interior lights will not come on. Because of this the Navi does not change to night-mode either. This only is the case for about 5 minutes or until the car is fully warm. Could I just have a sensor going out?

I have a similar glitch in my system. When the car is really cold, the SL2Vi won't click the "I AGREE" button and the Nav screen won't turn to night-mode, even though the color settings for day and night are both set to AUTO.
To fix it, I just click the Map button (top-most on right side). This kickstarts the system, makes it go into night mode, and makes the SL2Vi click the I AGREE button.
In my case, I don't think it's related to the solar sensors in the front center or rear driver side tray grille. It's some sort of glitch in the Nav system, possibly caused by the SL2Vi.
