Default Cam seals??

Hi, I am about to perform a timing belt job on a customers vehicle 2002 with 127k mi. and wanted some input on replacing the cam seals. The labor will go up a bunch and If it were mine, I'd just replace them. Have any of you had leaky cam seals at less than 200K? Book time shows an additional 4.9 hours. Thanks in advance -Andy

When i had my timing belt job done the mechanic said i didnt have to replace them until the second timing belt job because it was still in good condition without any leaks.
