2004 LS430 Navigation Unit removal?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the Navigation Unit please? I removed everything below the vent, but just can take the Navigation Unit out? Please help. Thank you.

Search for "VAIStech install", there are at least 2 threads in the LS430 forums with lots of pictures and details.
