Hello! I have a '01 LS430 UL with 50k miles on it. I feel fortunate that the air suspension still works well on the car. I want to lower the car and I was wondering if using the air ride controller could potentially cause premature wear and tear on the air suspension. Thanks in advance!

^^^what he said. I drive with 2" gap all around and then when I park, I just slam it. Lately though, I've been thinking of selling my controller and just going with coilovers (and eventually put another air system) because I like the way the car looks LOW.

i drove around most of the time with mine on the lowest setting and a year later i had 1.5 air struts failing. so i think it quickly ages the air suspension the more stress (lower) you have it.
