A couple of questions...

I am about to purchase a set of wheels and was curious about the best offset of 20s to be as flush as possible w/o having to do any fender work. I am planning on lowering on Tanabe springs (not sure which one yet).
Wheel specs are 20*8.5/9.5
Also, not sure what to do about TPMS. Are they required? If so, is there anything that i need to do to be problem free?
Thanks for all your help

I can't help with your wheel offset, but the TPMS system on the LS is based on tire rotation speed rather than in-wheel pressure sensors. No sensor is needed for your new wheels. I believe you can mount up the wheels and reset the TPMS (under the dash??) and you should be good to go. Perhaps someone else can chime in additional detail, as I've only read about it.

My mistake.
Lexus LS430 from 2004 to 2006 have indirect TPMS and do not need any sensors.
This was also stated by Caddyowner in his post above.
Another thread elaborating direct/indirect TPMS is here:

To quote Brandon from the above post as regards to TPMS "The Lexus LS's indirect system does not affect the fitment of aftermarket wheels."
