2002 ls430 ml audio non ultra
Hey guys ive searched and searched and couldnt find anything on our specific model. I was making a right turn last night and all the sudden the sound goes out which was strange. I had the display screen off at the time.
So i go to turn on the display to see whats going on the destination, menu, and one other button doesnt work. AC, Audio and climate button works. I tried to goto options to see if even that works, and half the on screen buttons load and or are missing. I cant get the screen to turn on for NAV.
CD plays but no sound, so im thinking to check the ML amp but im not sure where it is. I think i found the NAV in the trunk on the right side it has an eject button, but that does nothing. Maybe the GPS unit went bad? There was another square box next to the gps unit what is that?
Does anyone have pictures of the gps unit and the way it should be connected because i see some connecters on the gps that werent connected. Maybe someone has a pdf of the repair manual that talks about trouble shooting the amp or gps device.
cliffs: I turned screen off, driving lost audio, lost gps screen. Still have climate screen, audio screen but no sound. Option screen only shows 1 option very strange.
