According to the repair manual, here are some of the causes for high engine idle speed. Your transmission repair work may have disturbed one or more of these systems. Are you getting any DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code)? Sometime, a hard reset, by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes, can/will restore factory default settings.
Yes i have changed my car transmission last week, after that i'm facing this problem!!
and while shifting the gear in slow speed it give little shock to the car!
and it's not usual.
And there is no DTC Code. it's not giving any error light in car meter.

Let's start troubleshooting with the easy stuff first - the PCV and hoses... Be sure to also check for leak from disconnected or cracked vacuum hoses.
Thank you for your reply,
yesterday i just check the MAF sensor it was not closed properly, I just closed it, and now the RPM Idle became little down,
like in neutral gear it's giving 850 to 900 and in Drive gear it's giving me 750 to 800.
i just want to know what is the normal RPM for ls430 while v have 45C temperature.
i really appreciate your cooperate.
Normal idle speed should range between 600-800 RPM. I suspect you still have a small air leak somewhere.
yeh, still i'm feeling rpm idle is not normal, so from where i should start the checking!
i dont want to go for any garage because this problem because of them!
There are a few good examples on YouTube which demonstrate how you can find vacuum leaks. The safest way is the smoke test using a cigar or cigarette. The idea is to blow smoke into a vacuum port (pick a large one, of course), with the engine turned OFF, and you will see smoke escaping through wherever there is a leak.
