Default Question for navi

Sorry is there's already a thread on this question I'm about to ask but I can't seem to find it. So I was wondering on my 02 Ls430 if it was possible to convert my reg ML w/out navi to w/navi like if i got the whole stock nav sys and converted my regular 6 disc and cassette to navi??

Thanks

I think it would be cheaper to sell your car and buy one with nav.

I suppose you could buy all the nav parts and attempt a swap, but everything on the center console would have to be replaced. Not to mention the high probability of wiring differences between the nav and non-nav cars. I have yet to see anyone do this. Like Caddyowner says, it makes more sense to swap it for another 430.

Cheaper to go aftermarket. Plus the updated nav will be much better than the old stock one.

It would be great to see if anyone without a navigation has installed an aftermarket navigation with all the wires hidden properly and making it look like a properly installed accessory.

If I could, I would even put an aftermarket navigation system within the square slot of the factory nav system !!
