I have the V8 badges as well. +1 on the MB badges from eBay, they are a cheap mod. Got the idea from the WALD LS430. Sojah, what kind of wheels are you running? They look incredible! Love 'em

i had my v8 badges on my previous 99 gs400 down on the front side fenders but also saw the wald ls430 so this inspired me too.
the wheels are the trafficstar sfr and may be for sale here before to long if anyone is interested...

Driver School Candidate
This car is absolutely killer. Lighting looks great up front, I'd like to achive something similar down the road. Perfect choice on tips as well, the stock ones are set in too far. What % tint ya got? Tein CS?

14% tint all cept for front windshield and since its the UL the screens in the back sides and back back make it look all the darker. Bc racing coilovers. Only future likely plans are the rear stabilizer bar and possibly a different wheel and tire setup. I love the vip aggressive look but it is not very forgiving and not ideal for a daily driven 2k+ mile a month car. I may go with some 19's and a fatter tire. Will look less vip but will perform and ride much better.

love the car,always been a fan .what rear spoiler u got,im thinking about adding the roof spoiler,and where did u get the tips from,i like how they stick out

Thanks for the tip on the V8 badges guys, just ordered a pair. Whenever I see a 90s S class, I alwaus look to the C pillar for the v12 badge, so I think it will look good there. But right behind the front wheels would look clean too. Would like to see a pic of that done. Decisions decisions!

on the new s600 they put the v12 right behind the wheels on the front side fenders,, its stock like this.
got the roof spoiler out of china via ebay. i normally don't subscribe to knock off parts but i had heard lots of horror stories about people paying 400$+ for these roof spoilers only to have them ripped off in a car wash or to just fall off in the hot sun while driving down the road. well so far my 60$ has held up beautifully. the ebay link is old now and doesn't work but it was a fairly generic looking spoiler.
