NEED SOME HELP!

Well after 3 months of riding stock, i have finally paid off my student loan and its time to give the LS the attention she deserves.

Just ordered a set of Megan EZ Street Coilovers (sway bars and braces to come soon)
Also grabed a set of the low profile rain guards with chrome trim (will look good with a low tint and the curtains)
Next is a Lip kit......... ANY SUGESTIONS!?!?!?!
As well as an Exhaust.....

Exhaust:
I want a Titanium tip Exhaust, i have had no luck finding any (catback or axel back) im to the point where mufflers will do and ill just get a custom set up done.

ANY HELP would be greatly apprechiated. im looking for a low tone kindda like on the 350z's. i dont want this thing to sound like a honda.

Rims will be last due to the harsh conditions up here in the northeast in the winter. Im thinking about WEDS but if i can save enough im gonna grab a set of Luxury Abstracts.
