I am new to this board but seems like every problem on the LS 430 gets addressed here. So I have a 2001 430 w/Nav ML sound that is starting to have a few issues with convenience stuff. the radio just quit working but CD player works fine as does NAV. Also, having the driver door lock problem I have seen on this board and the rear Sub woofer is blown. Any one have a solution for the radio-I think I can manage the others but really like to have choices to what I have to listen to since I commute 2 hrs a day.

Well I dont know why your radio just stop working on you but I could sell you a radio complete with cd changer, which is for a 2001 thru 2003 ML navigation package car.All for only $450,including shipping, nothing is wrong with radio, it works fine, so if interested send me a message in my private email with contact info and I will email pics to you of radio, you really cant beat the price of $450.00 as these radio from the dealer is about $800 to $1000 pending on where you call,this one has the hazard flasher button on it which is different and more expensive than the non-navigation radios

Thanks for the offer for the radio. I'm going to try the guy in Duluth,Ga who was mentioned on this board for some other electronic repairs. He comes highly recommended and offers a guarantee on his work. Estimated cost of $200-300.

ok let me know how it works out, because from my experience as a mechanic once the cd section stops playing it is most times due to the internal gears being out of alignment and once they do it equal tossing the radio,but go ahead give it a try
