Default Replaced entire front suspension, still have noise

On my '02 UL I replaced everything up front including the upper/lower control arms and bushings, air shocks, ball joints, outer tie rods and steering rack bushings.

Although the suspension is much tighter and quiet, much to my dismay I still have a slight rattle and noise coming from the front suspension, it feels more like its on the left than right. It was most apparent when driving about 5-10mph on rough pavement. It sounds like shaking a couple marbles in your hand. At higher speeds its not that apparent. Could this be the sway bar bushings or links? I already had the mechanic make sure the everything he replaced was still nice and tight.

I also have a somewhat loud metallic clunk sound when I apply the brakes. I think this might be the caliper pin, any ideas?

I had this sound on my 91 Allante. Multiple mechanics could not diagnose it. Eventually, I had my former son-in-law mechanic stand at the side of our street while I repeatedly drove over a bump. We diagnosed it as brake pad rattle by dragging the brakes a bit as I went over the bump to eliminate the rattle. It can be fixed with anti-rattle clips or brake pad adhesive.

There are greased shims and an anti-rattle spring on the pads, but I'll have my mechanic check them again.

It turned out to be easy to check if it was the brakes. We found a section of low-speed road with a bump where I could repeat the rattle on each pass. As soon as I passed over the bump with the brakes lightly applied, the rattle disappeared.

Replace sway bar bushings. Then check rack and yokes.
