Default ls 430 2004 a/c problem

Hi! Having problem with my a/c system especially during rainy weather. It stops shooting cold air after a while. Just regular air comes in. Than fog develops on the windshield and windows. My compressor is fine and has gas. Not sure what the problem is. I did have front end accident with this car. Also, my left headlight goes out during rain. I am thinking that wiring done wrong? Any help would be great. Thx.

Where did you take your car to get it fixed after the wreck?

I didnot take it to the dealer. Took it to a average collision garage in NY near-by my house. Now i have also seen that every time the temp. changes than my a/c is not working espically early morning or late night(around in 70-80 degrees or so). And if i restart my car than the a/c is back to normal. May sound crazy but that's what i have noticed. Anyone who had similar problem, pls help. Thx.
