Default "Body sensor"? Anyone know this part? Calling "Sigers98"!

Hey guys....

I posted an earlier note about the failure of windows and door locks using the key rob or the driver's controls...something more than a fuse.

Poster Sigers98, in Florida, said it happened to him too, and the culprit was something called a "body sensor," he recalls.

Can anyone help out with intell on this part?

Thanks a ton.

3 yrs ago, the toyota mechanic told me it was a body sensor, but i just pulled the invoice, they replaced the door lock actuator, so its not quite the sames as your problem, all i remember was that when i tried to lock the drivers door, i would not,do not remember any other issues like no trunk, or window problem. unless everything works on a loop, and one fails, then they all do, not real sure, hope all works out.

Got it... and thanks for the reply.... i' ve figured out that I might be looking for a problem with something called the "body control module." I think I'll let the dealer sort it out!
