Finally Joined the Club!!!
After being burned by a dealer in Boca Raton and waiting 3 weeks to get my money back with the help of Boca Raton PD I have finally closed the deal on this one owner Mystic Sea Opal 2001 LS430 with 91,000 on the clock for 12,700. It has Nav, Mark Levinson sound, and full & detailed maintenance records through Lexus.com as well as a clean Carfax. Very excited this car drives like no other I have ever driven and plan on driving it till the wheels fall off! Gonna go with MRR HR3 20x8.5 and 245/35/20 Toyo tires next spring and mount some Blizzak WS70's 225/55/16 on the stocks to get me through the brutal New England wintaah! Thank you to all the members here for all the great advice and useful info you all post for helping me in selecting a wonderful car!:

Thanks guys! Yeah I'm gonna de badge all the dealer swag next weekend when I wax and detail it. And as for the color I was mixed when I first saw the pic online but I really liked it in person, plus I don't see too many around this color so in my area it's rare. The only thing driving me nuts is the fading of the driver and passenger seat wonder if there is a way to bring these back to life without re upholstering with new leather? It's only on the bottoms of 2 front seats.

Love the color, very elegant looking car. Nice catch.

Congrats on your car. It looks like a real clean number! Just out of curiosity, was the dealer in Boca a small used car lot? There are no new car dealerships at all in Boca Raton to my knowledge.

Congrats and welcome! Very nice pickup, looks factory fresh still. Can't wait to see the MMRs mounted, should really make it stand out.
I would also suggest some tails with clear turn signals as a quick mod.
Enjoy the new ride!

Thanks Guys! @ Bocatrip... yeah the name of the dealership is Country Club Motors on 1141 Holland Dr. The guy had great ratings on eBay but after wiring him 15,500 for vehicle and shipping he blew me off for 4 days straight and answered no calls so I had no choice but get the police involved. After about 3 weeks I finally got my $$$ back. It was a real nightmare and I vow never to wire money again i'll fly in next time. But all in all it worked out because I found this super clean one owner in my own back yard that spent half its time in Naples FL and half In suburban MA. Plus I couldn't believe the extent and punctuality of the detailed service records through lexus.com. A real score on this one!

Some of us are pretty compulsive about those things. I try to schedule my 5K service appointments so that the 5K odometer reading clicks over on the way to the dealership. The best one was where it clicked over as I drove into the dealership driveway.

@Caddy... Yeah I'm the same way with my cars so that's why I was specifically looking for one with proper maintanence. I believe these cars will go forever with proper service!
