Default CEL light?

Hi. LS430 04 model. Had a P0430 code on last week in bank 2. Replaced the O2 sensors(bought Denso Sensors from partsauthority.com). Product link was given by Densoaftermarket.com. Now get the P0134 codes in bank 1, sensor 1. P0430 code is not on yet. Cleared the code , than installed the old one(sensor) back again in bank 1, sensor 1 and still got that code(P0134), CEL light comes on after just 1-2 miles. Is it necessary to get the code(s) cleared at a Toyota/Lexus dealer. My friend had similar problem with his car(BMW) and replaced all sensors but still the CEL light kept coming up. He took it to a dealer and they cleared it. CEL light has not come on since than. Help anyone Pls. Thx.

I replaced both upper O2 sensors on my car and cel was cleared at regular shop. I I had oem denso sensors put in and knock on wood x3 no problems for almost two years now.
P.S. I changed both sensors at about a month apart pace.

I had a P0430 code on bank 1, I took it in, and it turned out that the wires were loose, so double check the connections.
