age 26 bought it on my 26th bdate picked it up and drove
it. this was my dream car when it first came out. ive been modding 240sx and drifting for fun since 6 years ago but when this car came out it caught my eye and all that jam packed luxury.
its now 2012 and i still dont think my 05 ls looks older then a 2010 new car. my lexus is my daily driver/winter car. so far so good.

just turned 36 yesterday!! I didn't hesitate to by my my first 95 LS in 09' ($4500) with 168k on the ODO. my Acura Vigor just got totalled and I did meticulous research about what used cars had the best reliablity, build quality bang for the buck - and the LS400 series was high on the lists at the time from numurous websites. it ended up being very easy to work on as well. that ended up totalled too due to a high incline in snow in the smokies. Impressed me so much that I decided the LS series was for me here on out, so we jumped on a 05' LS430 this time last year. there are times I miss my 95 LS though.

The avg age on CL (or most online forums for that matter) will always be much lower than what the actual avg is (there was a similar thread in the 460 section too with the same trend). It seems most of us are 20s-30s, with a few in their 50s and 60s (sorta the opposite of what you expect from a nationwide survey).

I'm 21. It's cool to see so many other young people that like the LS. Most of my friends think I'm too young to own something like a Lexus.

36 I've had big gal for a lil over 2 years now. Thinking about getting the 460 later but not really sure about that one. The 430 is hard to beat.

As one of the geezers on the forum its great to see a large number of fairly young people owning and loving LS430s. You guys have great taste..restores my faith in the younger generation : )

The only warning I have for you under 30 LS430 owners is what are you gonna do for an encore when the LS needs replacement? I mean for me if I can retire in a few years, it will likely be the best car I ever own and its likely downhill form here...

The LS430 is gonna spoil you on cars forever.
