Well first off they are the wrong bolt pattern.. ls430 is 5x114
Second, the ls430 has some pretty big front brakes, the wheels have to have the proper backpad to clear big brakes

Best to contact TSW or authorized dealer and get the specifics. Noting brake clearance and if sized for the Toyota/Lexus hub. The offset is conservative and will fit but the front brakes pose the priority.
BTW, 29#'s is pretty heavy for a wheel, add in a 28# tire, this will be noticeable in overall ride characteristics.

You gotta go 20's or atleast 19's with aftermarket, 18's go pick up some 04-06 5 star rims.ijs

Good luck finding OEM 18" 5-spoke sport wheels. No one is selling them unless you go with a replica. They do look great and don't require a drop to look good on the LS.

I have to agree to a point. 19s are worth it if you're upgrading and don't mind the small drop in ride comfort. 20s are a personal choice. They look nice in the right design.

You mentioned you're not lowered. A car with aftermarket wheels with a lower offset than stock isn't going to look right. Since the wheel sticks out farther than the stock wheel, it will look like you raised your car and will look like you're ready to go off-roading. A drop is almost necessary with aftermarket wheels to pull the entire look together.
