6 months of searching and I found my LS
Just found the LS I've been dreaming about for a long time now. It's a 2005 Custom Luxury with 89k miles. I've had a sc300 5 speed for 4 years and I realized its time to upgrade. The SC just hit 175k and runs perfect! but when I saw the Custom Luxury, white on black, I had to jump on it.
I've had it for 1 week and already put 1000 miles on it! I think its time for a 90k service...

congrats. it took me about 5-6 months of actively searching as well before getting my 05 UL. i was trying to find flint mica on ecru (which is what i got) or a UL white on ecru (still wish i could have found another white lex).

I have the same car, but Silver with Ecru interior. Amazing car....now with 82k mile and going strong. Have a cracked windshield I need to replace after a rock chip spread...otherwise it's perfect. jp

I've already fallen in love with this car even though there are some problems when I bought it. The passenger side mirror would not adjust up or down manually or when I would put the car in reverse. I found a DIY for that I just finished the fix in 5 minutes. Works PERFECT!
A week after I bought the car one of the parking sensors is tripping for no reason I read on person on CL say its because of this paint chip:
Dealership is asking for 325 for a new one! but I've seen a new replacement on ebay for 85.
Also, the bumper has been repainted which I hate:
some interior pics:
I put the car up on a lift when I was inspecting it and one of the rear struts is blown. This helped be lower the sale price a lot so I bought it anyways... Now I just need to figure out if i'm gonna buy some OEM ones or maybe its time to drop this baby a little lower!
