Thumbs up My OEWheels Experience (With Pix)

Hello everyone,

Thanks for all the help from the forums I ended up ordering some Hyper Black OEWheels for my 2001 LS 430 -

For the price they aren't bad. They aren't perfect and I am wondering how they will hold up after time. The reason for my concern is when I popped the center caps off to add the Lexus Center caps "the paint chipped" on a couple of the wheels.. This was popping them off from behind

p.s. I emailed OEWheels to see if they had touchup paint but haven't received a response yet. I will update this post if anything changes...

It's not to bad but also not how I wanted to start my way off with brand new wheels.

For center caps I got raped at 118.00 for all 4 of em but hell I was having no luck finding them anywhere else.. Here is the correct part number posted by Nkoppy (thanks)

I ended up slapping on 235/50R18.Bridgestone Turanza Serenity and the ride isn't bad. They aren't loud and so far seem nice n smooth. Wheelworks are a bunch of idiots. I drove the car home and my steering wheel was shaking. I come back in next day they told me 3 out of 4 tires weren't balanced! WTF!!!! How do they let a car out of the shop brand new rims and tires like that...

Anyways on to the pictures... I think I want Tanabe springs to drop it just a tiny bit

Don't mind my ghetto photo shoot location ha ha

any questions feel free to ask me!

They feel good to me and I came from 16" with 60 series lol...

So I don't know much difference from 45 to a 50 to be honest with you.

Looks Good. I had the same wheel and tire size set up for my 01 L430. Rode excellent. I'd get the wheels again when I find my 04-06 Ls430.
