I don't even use an open filter intake on my time trial car. Engine air is hot air.

these types of intakes will eventually ruin your Mass Airflow Sensor (coats them in oil from the filter itself) Plus they add ZERO horsepower (probably actually lose HP.) I would recommend sticking with your factory airbox.
